How quickly will someone respond to my email?
Most emails get responses within 24-48 hours during business days. Karen often responds to recipe questions even faster because she can’t resist a good cooking puzzle!
Can I submit my own recipe ideas or guest posts?
Absolutely! Email Karen with your ideas. We love featuring community contributions, especially when they align with our high-protein focus and have been personally tested.
I tried a recipe and it didn’t work. What should I do?
ย Email Karen immediately! Include what went wrong, what ingredients/equipment you used, and any substitutions you made. We genuinely want every recipe to work for you and often update our instructions based on this feedback.
Are you interested in brand partnerships?
We’re selective but definitely interested in partnerships with brands that align with our values. Email Daniel with partnership proposals โ we only work with products our team actually uses and believes in.
Can I use your recipes in my blog/cookbook/business?
It depends! Email Emily for permission requests. We’re usually happy to work something out, especially for personal blogs and small businesses, as long as you provide proper attribution.
Do you offer nutrition consultations or meal planning services?
We’re food enthusiasts, not licensed nutritionists, so we can’t provide personalized nutrition advice. However, our meal prep guides and recipe collections are designed to make high-protein eating easier!
